This qualitative study explored the perceptions and experiences of 12 educational psychologists and a family therapy trainer, who have worked within a systemic reflecting team using Tom Andersen’s method of training and supervision. Reflecting Team Involves a team of therapists using a one way mirror to observe the family and the therapist (sometimes team sits around family in the same room). The team then discusses the family while being observed by the family and therapist. The therapist and family then discuss the team's observations.
